Mechid Trailers & Bins is licensed motor dealer under NSW Vehicle Standard Act. Our motor dealer license number MD051257 binds us with states regulations and we make sure the product you buy from us meets regulator's requirements.
Our manufacturing plant & showroom is in Greater Sydney conveniently located close to the motorway for easier access in Minchinbury.
We built all kinds of standard trailers but are not limited to basic jobs. We can take orders and customise the trailer to tailer your requirements. Since our inception we have delivered product to businesses and individuals. We will meet your requirement regardless of order quantity.
How To Register a Trailer ?
Mechid Trailers & Bins will register the trailer for you. We provide 1 year registration from the date of purchase (for new trailers). All you have to do is to provide us the following information to register.
If you are an individual in NSW, we will require your Current NSW Driver's licence & if you are a business, we will require your NSW RMS Customer Number, ASIC's issued business or company certificate, ABN, Purchase & registration order on company or business letterhead.
Pensioners may be eligible for discounted/concessional registration please check with Roads & Maritime Services to confirm you eligibility. While picking up your trailer you must have your pension card available so we may register your trailer with concession. Please also note that only once vehicle can be registered as concessional registration. Please also note that a trailer is considered as vehicle.
Customers from all Australian states and territories are welcome to purchase trailers from us. However, we are only able to arrange registration within New South Wales and cannot register trailers for other states or territories. However, if you reside outside NSW but hold a valid NSW RMS customer number, we can register the trailer in your name and issue NSW registration plates.
Interstate customers can obtain a temporary permit through Service NSW to transport the trailer to their home state without registration. Once the trailer arrives, it can then be registered in accordance with the requirements of the relevant state or territory authority.
